Penfold Electric Ltd will remain open only to emergency calls following the guidelines of the province. Emergency calls will be classified as loss of power to electrical equipment, electrical devices not working correctly or safety hazards. We have taken safety measures while attending these calls such as PPE and practicing social distancing. We ask that you notify us of your problem and if possible, Penfold Electric Ltd will advise you if an easy solution is possible (i.e tripped breaker or GFCI). If we come to the conclusion that an electrician is required we ask that you keep a minimum of 2m clearance. All billing/paperwork will be done electronically. We are open to emergency calls 24/7 and ask you do not hesitate to call us, even if in the middle of night!
